Applicants should have seven years of hands‑on mechanical maintenance experience, strong diagnostic skills across mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to read blueprints and work with precision tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance and repair experience in industrial settings.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings; follow instructions in English.
• Experience with boiler, HVAC, wastewater, and evaporative cooling is desirable.
• Must be able to train and provide guidance to other maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and test production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, and fluid-pumping issues and repair as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and operate boilers, HVAC, and related systems.
• Read drawings, use precision instruments, and select required components.
• Coordinate contractors and provide guidance to Maintenance 2 and Maintenance 3 staff.
• Respond to emergencies and be available for overtime and weekend work.
