Job summary

Developlus Inc in Corona, CA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic II to independently perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems, ensuring reliability and minimal downtime.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, support equipment upgrades, and uphold GMP and OSHA safety standards while mentoring less experienced technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining automated manufacturing or packaging equipment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience reading mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems with minimal supervision.
• Independently diagnose and repair production equipment including bottle fillers, conveyors, pumps, and labeling systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and adjust bearings, belts, gears, shafts, valves, and related components.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, relocations, and startup activities.
• Document repair history and labor hours in CMMS; create follow-up work orders.
• Adhere to GMP/OSHA safety standards and company policies.
