Qualifications
- 5 to 15 years of hands-on Industrial Maintenance experience.
- Ability to read schematics and drawings used in maintenance.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Able to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical repairs.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance on machines.
- Operate overhead crane and other capacity lifting equipment.
- Be proficient with maintenance documentation and databases.
- Understand the machine monitoring program.
- Identify and make preventive maintenance recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement using the Manufacturing System tools.
