Job summary

Bastion Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Hygienist, Subject Matter Expert I for the NASA Ames Research Center in Mountain View, CA. You will lead chemical exposure monitoring, ventilation assessments, and hazard communications in an industrial research setting.

The role requires CIH certification, a decade of technical experience, and 5+ years of leadership. Onsite work with optional 1–2 days hybrid and travel may be required, with a salary range of $170k–$188k per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, industrial hygiene or related field.
• CIH certification required.
• Minimum 10 years of technical/scientific experience; 5+ years leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Industrial Hygiene SOW and Task Order to meet customer requirements.
• Develop annual budgets including lab analysis, calibration, and consumables.
• Perform air and noise sampling for area and personal exposures at ARC.
• Write and review sampling plans following OSHA/NIOSH methods.
