We are seeking a Senior Industrial Hygienist/Senior Environmental Scientist to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. The ideal candidate shall have an Asbestos Project Manager License, Asbestos Inspector License, and IL Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessor License.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct building inspections to identify hazardous materials such as asbestos, lead-based paint, and other regulated materials.
• Conduct indoor air quality (IAQ) assessments, water intrusion and mold assessments, smoke contaminant assessments, and other industrial hygiene/environmental projects.
• On-site asbestos and lead-based paint remediation oversight.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• BS in Industrial Hygiene/Environmental Science, or other related fields
• 3+ years of experience with asbestos inspections or another related industrial hygiene practice area
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD drafting reports

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in environmental sciences, mold, lead, field sampling, and data collection
• Current IL Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessor License, Asbestos Project Manager License, Asbestos Inspector License, and NIOSH 582 Microsopy Training
• Applicable Mold, Asbestos, Lead, and Air Sampling certification/licenses
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training
