Job summary

Blue Collar Services is seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanical HVAC Technician to service healthcare facilities, hospitals, nursing homes, medical campuses, and other mission-critical commercial buildings in the Chicagoland area. This is not residential work; you will handle sophisticated systems, with emphasis on boilers, chillers, RTUs, hydronics, pumps, and central plants.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
• Extensive service on boilers, chillers, RTUs, and large systems.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and service heavy commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Read wiring diagrams, piping schematics, and sequences of operations.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical control systems.
• Document service findings for customers.
• Mentor junior technicians as needed.
