Job summary

Crawford Mechanical Services, a Quantum Industrial company, seeks experienced Industrial HVAC Technicians to diagnose, service, and repair complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems. You will handle large-scale equipment such as chillers, boilers, large RTUs, air handlers, cooling towers, and process cooling systems, and communicate effectively with customers while documenting work in field software.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of HVAC service experience, EPA Universal Certification, OSHA

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• EPA Universal Certification (required).
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Comfortable working independently in critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Working on large-scale equipment including chillers, boilers, large RTUs, air handlers, cooling towers, and process cooling systems.
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, hydronic, and controls-related issues.
• Performing preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Working with BAS/controls systems and sequences of operation.
• Identifying root causes—not just replacing parts.
• Communicating with customers about system performance and repair recommendations.
• Documenting work clearly through service software and field technology.
