Crawford Mechanical Services in Gilbert, AZ is seeking Commercial HVAC/R Service Technicians at all levels. You’ll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems (RTUs, chillers, boilers), perform preventative maintenance, and support on-call rotations. We value ownership and practical problem-solving.

Formación

• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Comfort working independently in the field.
• Willingness to be part of an on‑call rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Working on equipment such as RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, refrigeration.
• Performing preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Handling installs, startups, and system commissioning.
• Communicating clearly with customers on issues, repairs, and recommendations.
• Documenting work accurately (notes, photos, parts, quotes).
• Participating in an on‑call rotation.
• Representing the company professionally on every job.
• Senior-level candidates: handle complex diagnostics independently; work on large/critical systems; mentor less experienced technicians.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC/R systems
• Working on a range of equipment (RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, refrigeration, etc.)
• Performing preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Handling installs, startups, and system commissioning
• Communicating clearly with customers on issues, repairs, and recommendations
• Documenting work accurately (notes, photos, parts, quotes)
• Participating in an on‑call rotation
• Representing the company professionally on every job

Senior‑level techs will also:

• Handle complex diagnostics independently
• Work on large/critical systems in industrial environments
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians

What You Bring

• EPA 608 Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Comfort working independently in the field
• Willingness to be part of an on‑call rotation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Senior-Level Candidates:

• 5+ years commercial/industrial HVAC/R experience
• Strong experience with complex systems (chillers, boilers, low temp refrigeration, etc.)
• Proven ability to diagnose and solve problems without trial‑and‑error
