Job summary

The role requires 5+ years as a foreman in commercial/industrial construction, proficiency in reading blueprints, and knowledge of rigging, welding, and power/hand tools. OSHA 30 preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as foreman in commercial or industrial construction.
• Hands-on expertise in pipe fitting, mechanical systems, and steel/general construction.
• Experience reading blueprints and project specifications; able to interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct daily activities of pipefitter, steel, and general construction crews.
• Plan daily work, coordinate with project managers and other trades, and schedule personnel.
• Prioritize safety, enforce OSHA policies, conduct site inspections, and lead safety meetings.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Forecast and manage materials and equipment; coordinate maintenance.
• Prepare production and safety reports and time cards.
• Perform hands-on duties in pipe fitting, steel erection, or other construction tasks when needed.
