Job summary

Constellation seeks an experienced facilities maintenance technician to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems in industrial settings.

You will replace failed components, perform preventive maintenance, and oversee contractor work while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of relevant experience, with availability for overtime and shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Over six years of work experience in facilities related maintenance (equipment repair).
• Willingness to overtime, weekend work, shift work, and call-in as required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial/industrial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Replace failed building systems/components and oversee repairs.
• Operate Building Management Control System (BMCS).
• Inspect work for compliance with specifications and coordinate with contractors.
