Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing training is required.
• Leadership training or demonstrated leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Industrial Engineering team to develop and optimize production processes for U.S. facilities.
• Develop and update plant layouts in AutoCAD for U.S. plants and satellite facilities.
• Develop labor standards via time studies and implement in SAP routings.
• Collaborate with Germany and U.S. teams to standardize processes and drive Lean initiatives.
• Manage capital budgets and coordinate CAPEX projects to meet objectives.
• Support EHS, safety culture, and compliance with ISO and OSHA requirements.
