Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Industrial Engineer-Lead in Wisconsin to design scalable manufacturing systems and lead a cross-functional team. You will influence cost, quality, and delivery while aligning with our operating system principles and promoting knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, TOC, DFMA, and data-driven decision making, with 7+ years in industrial engineering and a willingness to travel about 25%.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 7+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering
• Travel: 25%
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; flexible schedule may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Lead a team focusing on advanced time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, and throughput optimization.
• Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions for complex manufacturing environments.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to identify and eliminate waste across operations.
• Build and maintain advanced simulation, flow, and capacity models to support data-driven decisions.
• Create cost models, make-vs-buy analyses, and ROI justifications for capital and process investments.
• Influence product design through DFMA, tolerance analysis, error-proofing, and assembly feasibility studies.
• Lead NPI industrialization efforts, including production layouts, material flow, and ramp-up strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, KPI development, and cross-functional leadership.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Experience: 7+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering

Travel: 25%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
