Job summary

SHEIN, a global fashion and lifestyle e-retailer, seeks a Senior Industrial Engineer Specialist for the IE Execution team in Whitestown, IN. You will lead cross-functional projects across our multi-facility campus, driving process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement for the US Fulfillment Network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of distribution center or fulfillment experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CAD, Excel, and statistical software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and process mapping to identify inefficiencies.
• Use data analysis and statistical methods to improve process flow and labor utilization.
• Collaborate with operations teams to implement and test changes with minimal disruption.
• Drive projects focused on cost reduction, space optimization, and productivity.
• Design systems to enhance safety, ergonomics, and working conditions for warehouse staff.
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives supporting SHEIN’s operations.
• Coordinate with MHE and automation vendors for testing and commissioning.
• Develop automated and non-automated solutions to address pain-points.
• Balance multiple projects by prioritizing and scheduling effectively.
