Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering support roles preferred.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, testing, and implementing process improvements.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to recommend operational improvements.
• Support quality control initiatives by identifying defects and corrective actions.
