Qualifications

• 5–8 years IE experience in production/manufacturing.
• Experience with Standard Time Data analysis or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Project and Visual Basic.
• Experience designing new production lines and ramp-up plans.

Responsibilities

• Build discrete-event simulations to analyze future production strategies.
• Plan new production lines and factory layouts with facilities engineering.
• Develop capacity models and labor planning.
• Lead line balancing and value stream mapping efforts.
