Job summary

AECOM is recruiting talented individuals to lead our Industrial Engineering team across multiple regions and offices. As the Senior Industrial Engineer, you will develop and deliver a high-performing Process Optimization capability that delivers complex, high-impact projects across Federal and Commercial industries, embedding Lean thinking into delivery.

You will support the delivery of high-value projects, build client relationships, and contribute to business development while traveling across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline plus 8 years of related experience, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
United States Citizenship is required.
Master’s Degree preferred; additional professional certifications beneficial.
15 years overall industry experience with 3-5 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

Develop value propositions for process optimization, manufacturing and industrial advisory services.
Develop data-driven insights and translate them into practical, deliverable solutions.
Manage and Deliver projects and workstreams to agreed quality, cost and schedule.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma and industrial engineering techniques to analyze and improve client operations.
Build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to business development activities, including proposals and thought leadership.
