Job summary

AECOM is recruiting talented individuals to lead our Industrial Engineering team across multiple regions and offices. As the Senior Industrial Engineer, you will develop and deliver a high-performing Process Optimization capability that delivers complex, high-impact projects across Federal and Commercial industries, while embedding Lean thinking and industrial best practice into all aspects of delivery.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (or related) with 8 years

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline plus 8 years of related experience, or demonstrable equivalent experience
United States Citizenship is required

Responsibilities

Manage development of value propositions for process optimization, manufacturing and industrial advisory services
Develop data-driven insights and translate them into practical, deliverable solutions
Manage and deliver projects and workstreams to agreed quality, cost and schedule
Apply Lean, Six Sigma and industrial engineering techniques to analyze and improve client operations
Build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Contribute to business development activities, including proposals and thought leadership
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across AECOM
Contribute to the development of best practice methods and standards
Support capability development through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing
This role will include travel across the United States, as well as internationally as needed
