Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment, including leading complex process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Conduct advanced data analysis of production data, time studies, and workflow metrics to identify inefficiencies and develop action plans.
• Standardize work and create documentation, training materials, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Mentor and train engineering staff and cross-functional teams in lean and industrial engineering methodologies.
