You will lead process improvement initiatives, analyze production data, standardize work, and mentor engineers and cross-functional teams in lean methods to drive safety, quality, and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in industrial engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong track record leading complex process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Conduct advanced data analysis of production data, time studies, and workflow metrics.
• Standardize work with instructions, process docs, and training materials.
• Mentor and train engineering staff and cross-functional teams in lean methods.
