Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with high impact line moves or facility transformations.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma.
• CAD proficiency.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Conduct workflow analysis, line balancing, and capacity planning.
• Implement cost reduction and productivity initiatives.
• Lead production line moves and facility transitions.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Oversee installation, validation, and ramp-up.
• Design optimized plant layouts and improve material flow.
