Family Dollar is seeking a Sr. Industrial Engineer to support our nationwide distribution network.

You will lead labor management initiatives, standardize procedures, and drive process improvements to cut costs and raise throughput across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, 3–5 years in distribution or fulfillment, experience with LMS and WMS, and advanced data analytics using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field required.
• 3–5 years in industrial or process engineering in logistics.
• Experience with LMS/WMS and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Standardize best-in-class operating procedures across the logistics network.
• Develop, implement and maintain labor standards and related analytics.
• Drive process improvements to increase value and reduce costs.
• Create and maintain reports/dashboards to track KPIs and savings.
• Collaborate with multiple functions to support strategic supply chain initiatives.
• Lead large-scale projects including DC expansions and network optimization.
