Qualifications

• 7+ years of Tier 1 automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience.
• Strong lean manufacturing, material flow and internal logistics knowledge.
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks).
• Experience leading program launches.
• Ability to conduct data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience with component storage and cycle times.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes, material flow, and internal logistics to reduce cycle times.
• Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
• Support program launches, plant layouts, automated material handling, and CI initiatives.
