Job summary

AECOM seeks a seasoned Industrial Engineer to lead our Industrial Engineering team across multiple regions and offices. You will support the delivery of high-value Advanced Manufacturing and Industrial projects, contributing to technical excellence and commercial success while developing client relationships and business development opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline; 8+ years of experience or equivalent.
Master's degree and professional certifications are beneficial.
15 years overall industry experience with 3-5 years in a similar role preferred, strong regulated-industry background may help.

Responsibilities

Manage development of value propositions for process optimization and advisory services.
Develop data-driven insights and translate them into practical solutions.
Manage and deliver projects and workstreams to quality, cost, and schedule targets.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma to analyze and improve client operations.
