Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing-based engineering role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and contract specifications.
• Strong organizational, written, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Being the key resource in determining true product costing on all the process points.
• Lead the efforts in determining labor and material cost of the products produced throughout the Value Stream and opportunities for reduction.
• Identify and implement cost savings in the Value Stream in labor and material.
• Provide Lean manufacturing support and be active in training Lean concepts.
