Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and strong math, data analysis, and planning skills.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, WCM.

Responsibilities

• Lead ECN/ECR management for Manufacturing Engineering.
• Create, execute, and maintain manufacturing operation routings.
• Establish Direct Labor Standards and Standard Data through engineering analysis.
• Evaluate current production processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Assist with new product line work station development and MTM documentation.
• Conduct plant layout and workflow analyses to improve product flow.
• Optimize capacity and reduce work-in-progress across multi-operational lines.
• Forecast capital investments to support divisional growth and projects.
• Prepare and defend cost estimates for new manufacturing processes.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
