Responsibilities

Oversee IE function to boost productivity and optimize labor use.
Manage GSD to set SMVs, analyze productivity, and improve efficiency.
Develop cost analyses and method improvements to reduce waste and increase throughput.
Ensure pre-production readiness with accurate BOMs, tech packs, and layouts.
Lead technical training programs to enhance operator skills and quality output.
Support CI and Lean initiatives to cut downtime and costs.
Review production costs to identify non-value-added activities.
