The Impact You'll Make

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of manufacturing operations by introducing advanced technologies, automation, and digital solutions that improve safety, quality, productivity, and customer responsiveness. Your work will directly influence how products are built, tested, serviced, and delivered across global operations. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Development, Sales, IT, and Aftermarket teams to industrialize new capabilities, optimize manufacturing performance, and support facility expansion initiatives. This is an opportunity to lead high-visibility projects involving robotics, smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0 technologies, automated testing, and process standardization. Success in this role comes from delivering scalable manufacturing solutions that improve operational performance, driving successful equipment and process development projects, and helping global teams adopt technologies and best practices that create measurable business impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead automation, advanced manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 initiatives that improve safety, quality, throughput, and operational efficiency across manufacturing and aftermarket operations.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes, testing systems, and standardized workflows that enable consistent performance and support global operational excellence.
  • Drive equipment deployment, facility expansion, and new product industrialization projects by creating scalable production solutions, optimizing material flow, and increasing manufacturing capacity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to identify, evaluate, and integrate new technologies that strengthen manufacturing capabilities and support long‑term business growth.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and data‑driven problem solving to reduce waste, improve productivity, and share best practices across global sites.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, advanced manufacturing, industrial engineering, service engineering, or related operational environments.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing manufacturing technologies, process automation, testing systems, and continuous improvement initiatives in a production environment.
  • Proven ability to lead capital equipment, process development, or technology deployment projects while collaborating across multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial controls, process validation, ERP/MES-driven operations, and structured problem‑solving methodologies.

Preferred experience includes Lean Six Sigma certification, controls engineering expertise (PLC, HMI, SCADA, industrial networking, motion control, and machine safety), and deployment of robotics, vision systems, AGVs/AMRs, CNC machining centers, digital work instructions, manufacturing analytics platforms, Siemens OpCenter, or Ignition.

What You’ll Get from Us
  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance. Your well‑being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
