Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to own end-to-end site and factory layout management, from building design to campus-level master planning. You will optimize material flow, utilities, and infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive scalable manufacturing growth.

This role requires data-driven decision making, hands-on PFEP integration, and strong leadership across shop floor to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial/Mechanical Eng or STEM field.
• 7+ years in site/factory layout planning, industrial engineering, or manufacturing systems.
• Experience in large-scale manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead factory layout design across manufacturing lines and storage areas.
• Develop long-term site master plans to support capacity expansion.
• Define and implement layout governance and standards.
