Qualifications

• Strong track record in process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Proficient in communicating, reporting, and data analysis using digital tech (AI/ML).

Responsibilities

• Develop labor standards by analyzing work samples and methods.
• Improve labor utilization by studying work methods and redesigning jobs.
• Improve workflow by studying process flows and equipment changes.
• Reduce waste by analyzing equipment and operator techniques.
• Coach operators and supervisors; lead work-improvement projects.
• Assist in annual budget activities and track monthly performance.
