Job summary

Dauch Corporation, a premier Driveline and Metal Forming supplier to the global automotive industry, is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer in the Detroit area to drive operational excellence. In a hybrid role, you will lead process improvements, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to boost productivity and reduce waste across manufacturing operations.

You'll collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and IT to implement Industry 4.0 initiatives, develop capacity and cycle-time models, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive.
• Experience with process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong analytical and project leadership skills.
• Experience using AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, Power BI, Python, SQL, or related digital technologies is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement, labor optimization, and productivity initiatives.
• Develop capacity, headcount, and cycle-time models to support operational decision-making.
• Apply AI, machine learning, and data analytics to identify opportunities and improve manufacturing performance.
