Responsibilities

• Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines for faster release cycles.
• Own the full lifecycle of technology systems from prototype to production.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively.
• Resurrect flaky Kotlin tests until the Loveland, CO suite is trustworthy again.
• Stitch Spring Boot events into the Kotlin pipeline feeding CareNet Health's technology reports.
• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early.
• Profile and refactor legacy code to reduce technical debt over time.
