Leprino Foods Company in Denver seeks a Controls Integration Engineer I to design, build, and integrate automation systems that keep plants safe, reliable, and scalable. You will work hands‑on with controls engineering, system integration, and plant support to strengthen manufacturing performance.

The role offers a starting salary range of $90,000–$102,000 with a 5% target bonus and opportunities to lead small capital projects across domestic facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Automation/Computer Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• Six years of PLC/SCADA integration experience, including ControlLogix or Wonderware systems.
• Experience supporting small capital projects or system‑level automation work.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to domestic facilities.

Responsibilities

• Build automation applications to expand process capabilities at plants.
• Write controls solutions for seamless plant integration and reliable performance.
• Develop and update PLC and HMI programs with clear documentation for long‑term use.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, instrumentation, and industrial networks to reduce downtime.
