D.H. Griffin Contracting is seeking an Industrial Electrician to lead and execute complex electrical projects within a diverse client base.

You will read and interpret electrical drawings, install and troubleshoot power, controls and automation up to 1000 volts, and coordinate material orders and manpower for each project. The role requires strong project management skills, client-facing experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial electrical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Proficient in reading and understanding electrical drawings, schematics, e-plans, and specifications.
• Knowledge of power, controls, automation, and network systems up to 1000 volts.
• Strong organizational skills for tracking projects, ordering materials, and managing manpower.
• Experience in client relations and securing new projects.
• Ability to perform take-offs and estimate small to medium-sized projects.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute multiple industrial electrical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, e-plans, and specifications to guide project work.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power, controls, automation, and network systems up to 1000 volts.
• Meet with clients to understand project scope, address needs, and secure new business opportunities.
• Track project progress, manage material orders, oversee billing, and coordinate manpower for each project.
• Prepare take-offs and estimate costs for small to medium-sized projects.
• Utilize Microsoft Office programs for project documentation and communication.
