Oil-Dri Corporation of America in Ripley, MS seeks an Electrical Journeyman to install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical equipment and PLC systems. You will read schematics, apply electrical codes, and ensure safety and reliability of plant instrumentation.

Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, repairs of motor controls, wiring analog/digital gear, and supporting HMI design. On-call duties and heavy lifting are required.

Formación

• Associate degree in Electrical Technology preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to read electrical schematics and follow codes.
• Must pass written and hands-on assessments.
• Comfortable with PPE and physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Understand internal customer needs and meet expectations.
• Perform safe, efficient work and report safety issues.
• Diagnose and repair electrical motor controls; install PLC systems and networking.
• Read electrical schematics and apply electrical codes and inspections.
• Maintain and install analog and digital equipment and assist in HMI design.
• Install, inspect, and troubleshoot plant electrical systems.
• Participate in on-call duty as assigned.
