Garmin Ltd. seeks a Senior Industrial Designer – OEM / Exhibits for its U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area.

You will lead concept development for new products and exhibits, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with engineering, marketing and sales on project scope and timelines. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design or related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years in a similar design role or Garmin-specific experience.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in SolidWorks, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW.

Responsibilities

Lead conceptualization and development of multiple products, programs and exhibits.
Mentor less experienced designers through all project phases and ensure deliverables.
Collaborate with leadership, engineering, marketing and sales to define scope and constraints.
Develop schedules, milestones, estimates and design deliverables with project teams.
Guide materials, colors and design language aligned with segment vision
Present concepts and status updates to leadership and clients; respond to feedback
