You will provide expert guidance to operations, lead complex control-system modifications, and oversee change control and qualification activities to ensure safe, reliable manufacturing. The role requires strong communication, team collaboration, and hands-on engineering with electrical systems, programming languages, and modern manufacturing software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in an empowered team environment.
• Experience in developing and implementing complex code for industrial control systems.
• Expertise in electrical systems design, analysis, and optimization.
• Ability to assess electrical hazards with safety engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance to operations by leading troubleshooting for PLCs, vision systems, robots, servers and HMIs.
• Lead code modifications for advanced control systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Plan and execute change control projects involving design and validation.
• Plan and execute qualification of new equipment/controls and assist in testing.
• Participate in technical design reviews for machine requirements.
• Mentor and train Operations Engineers and Technicians.
• Collaborate with safety, quality, and operations to meet objectives.
