Job summary

RIMEPRO INC. is seeking experienced Construction Superintendents for ground-up industrial, tilt-up, and large-scale commercial projects across Southern California, including San Diego and Inland Empire.

You will lead field operations from sitework through turnover, manage subcontractors, and maintain aggressive schedules with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a Superintendent with GC experience, proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam/MS Project, and the

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Superintendent with a GC
• Experience in ground-up industrial/construction
• Ability to read drawings and schedules
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on ground-up industrial/commercial projects from mobilization to completion
• Manage all phases: sitework, foundations, tilt-up, structural steel, systems, turnover
• Develop and maintain construction schedules and ensure milestones
• Direct subcontractors and field personnel to maintain productivity, quality and safety
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, inspections, and subcontractor activities
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, architects, and ownership to resolve field issues
• Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and QC reviews
• Manage RFIs, field docs, daily reports, and progress updates
• Identify scheduling conflicts and constructability challenges to avoid delays

Job description

We are actively recruiting experienced Construction Superintendents for established general contractors throughout Southern California specializing in ground-up industrial construction, concrete tilt-up, distribution centers, warehouses, and large-scale commercial developments.

These opportunities are based in San Diego and the Inland Empire, offering the chance to lead substantial ground-up projects with established builders and strong Southern California project pipelines.

We are seeking hands-on field leaders who know how to take a project from initial sitework and foundations through vertical construction, inspections, and final turnover. Ideal candidates have experience managing subcontractors, maintaining aggressive construction schedules, and delivering industrial projects safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on ground-up industrial and commercial construction projects from mobilization through completion.
• Manage all phases of construction, including sitework, foundations, concrete tilt-up, structural steel, building systems, and final turnover.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, coordinate trade sequencing, and ensure critical project milestones are met.
• Direct subcontractors, foremen, and field personnel while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, inspections, and subcontractor activities to keep projects moving.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, architects, and ownership to resolve field issues and maintain project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety meetings, and quality control reviews.
• Manage RFIs, field documentation, daily reports, and construction progress updates.
• Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, constructability challenges, and potential project delays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
• Strong background in ground-up industrial, concrete tilt-up, warehouse, or distribution center construction.
• Experience managing projects from initial sitework through final completion.
• Thorough understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Experience managing multiple trades and maintaining demanding construction schedules.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management software preferred.
