Job summary

TEI Construction Services Inc. seeks a Project Manager to drive project execution from inception to completion on industrial and utility builds, typically above $5 million in value.

You will plan, schedule, staff, manage safety, quality, procurement, subcontractors, and reporting to meet customer expectations. You will lead cross-functional teams, control budgets, mitigate risks, and uphold rigorous standards across field operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in industrial or utility construction management.
• Completion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training (or equivalent) required prior to hire or within 30 days of onboarding.
• NCCCO Rigger Level I certification preferred; candidates without current certification may be considered if willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project work plans and adapt as needed.
• Oversee day-to-day project operations in line with scope and timelines.
• Complete all project documentation and reporting accurately and timely.
