Job summary

TEiC Services is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial construction projects across the United States. This traveling role focuses on capital expenditure projects with extended durations in power generation and heavy industrial markets.

You will oversee project teams, subcontractors, budgets, forecasts, contracts, and change orders, serving as the primary client representative throughout the lifecycle to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project management experience in industrial construction
  • Experience managing projects from $5M to $100M
  • Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, forecasting, and contract management
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and drive project success
  • Power generation construction experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience considered
  • OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
  • NCCCO Rigger Level I certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

Job description

You'll be responsible for the overall success of assigned projects, ensuring safe execution, exceptional client satisfaction, strong financial performance, and on-time delivery. You'll lead project teams, manage subcontractors, oversee budgets and forecasts, administer contracts and change orders, and serve as the primary client representative throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of project management experience in industrial construction

  • NCCCO Rigger Level I certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
