Job summary

ACME Constructors, a leading self-perform industrial construction firm in the St. Louis region, seeks a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to oversee heavy industrial, manufacturing, and food & beverage projects.

The role reports to the Project Director and focuses on delivering value, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction. You will manage project cost, scope, quality, safety, and staffing, while collaborating with field crews to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of progressive experience in project management on self-perform construction.
• Experience estimating, preconstruction, project planning and operational execution for $5-10M projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly project progress meetings covering safety, scheduling, submittals, changes, and risk.
• Manage full project scope from client engagement to completion, including cost, scope, quality, safety, and schedule.
