Job summary

ACME Constructors Inc. in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to lead a growing pipeline of heavy industrial projects across the Midwest.

You will report to the Project Director and guide project teams through estimation, planning, and execution with a client-centric mindset. You will manage scope, cost, quality, and safety for $5–$10M projects, collaborate with field crews, and develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders within ACME’s ESOP

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of progressive project management experience in self-perform industrial construction.
• Experience managing $5–10M projects.
• Four-year degree or related field in industrial construction PM.
• Strong technology skills with project management software; Procore a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client value by leading weekly progress meetings and managing safety, scheduling, and changes.
• Manage full scope from client engagement to estimation and through project completion.
• Collaborate with field crew to ensure safe, timely project delivery and process improvements.
• Build trusted client relationships and represent ACME in the region to grow market.
