• Influence internal and external business partners to meet project goals.
• Contribute to design development to ensure constructability and cost targets.
• Clarify scope and coordinate field work to speed time to market and cost controls.
• Provide contractor accountability, improved cost performance, and manage scheduling and permitting timelines.
• Travel to job sites up to 50% of the time.
