Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in civil engineering and project execution.
• Experience in iron & steel, metals & mining, and heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil, structural, and infrastructure design reviews and QA.
• Oversee safety, scheduling, contractor performance, and cost control.
• Coordinate interfaces between civil, mechanical, electrical, and process disciplines.
• Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality.
