Complete Mechanical Services is an award‑winning Industrial General Contractor located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Founded over 25 years ago, we provide innovative solutions including capabilities in Project and Construction Management, 3D Scanning & Design, Shop Prefabrication, Plumbing, Piping, mechanical and Civil/Site work.

We are currently looking for a dynamic Sr. Industrial Civil Project Manager to join our team in Blue Ash, Ohio and drive growth in industrial civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Project management and estimating for Concept to Completion/Design‑Build, Plan & Spec or T&M type civil projects.
• Prepare and revise estimates & proposals and present to the clients.
• Negotiate with vendors and buy materials. Set up accounts with new vendors as needed.
• Track costs on projects and make sure they align with project estimate.
• Make site visits to jobs sites to track progress and ensure quality and correct installation.
• Identify and prepare change orders and negotiate with customers.
• Apply for permits for jobs. Coordinate inspections for various projects.
• Identify problems and solve potential project problems, conflicts, schedules and material delays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating and managing commercial or industrial civil projects
• Must be able to quote projects in estimating software
• Possess advanced knowledge and understanding of the commercial/industrial plumbing trade.
• Prior field or engineering experience in civil trade preferred
• Must be able to guide a civil project from kickoff to closeout with a successful, safe, top quality and profitable result
• Must have extensive knowledge of excavation, trenching, underground utilities, concrete work, demolition and related scopes of work.
• Must be familiar with tooling and heavy equipment used in this type of work.
