Qualifikationen

• B.S. or higher in Engineering.
• 5+ years in a project leadership role within industrial and high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience running projects start to finish and managing all phases.
• Experience leading capital projects exceeding $5MM in total installed cost.
• Familiarity with commissioning and startup of equipment and facilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Aufgaben

• Lead project development activities including scope definition, conceptual design, feasibility studies, and detailed design.
• Develop project execution strategies and delivery plans aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate scopes, technical requirements, cost estimates, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Serve as Owner’s Representative and primary accountability for execution from authorization through startup.
• Manage EPC contractors, engineering consultants, OEMs, integrators, and construction contractors.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Monitor performance and mitigate risks related to safety, cost, schedule, quality, and scope.
• Lead regular project reviews and provide reporting to executives and stakeholders.
