Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead capital projects at a major industrial campus around the Binghamton, NY area. The role covers planning through commissioning, coordinating with engineering, facilities, operations, contractors and tenants to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of PM experience in industrial infrastructure, utilities or capital projects, plus proven contractor/vendor

Qualifications

• 5+ years' Project Management experience within industrial infrastructure, utilities or major capital projects.
• Experience delivering projects within an operational industrial environment.
• Strong contractor and vendor management experience.
• Knowledge of central utility plant systems, ideally including steam, chilled water, compressed air and related infrastructure.
• Strong experience managing project schedules and budgets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Managing infrastructure and capital projects from planning and design through construction and commissioning.
• Overseeing contractors, vendors and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing project budgets, schedules, procurement and reporting.
• Supporting infrastructure upgrades and projects associated with the site's central utility plant.
• Coordinating with internal teams and tenant stakeholders across a busy operational environment.
• Managing bidding, contractor selection, negotiations and contract performance.
• Identifying project risks and driving solutions before they impact delivery.
• Ensuring projects meet safety, environmental, regulatory and quality standards.
• Supporting wider master planning and long-term campus development.
