Job summary

Rexel USA in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Senior Industrial Automation Field Service Technician to join our team. You will provide on-site services supporting process and discrete manufacturing operations, evaluating Rockwell Automation hardware, software, and networked equipment.

Responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting, drive startups, modernization, programming, data collection, and presenting findings to customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to Lockout/Tagout standards and best practices.
• Exposure to Arch Flash standards and best practices.
• Experience with Industrial Control Systems (PLC, HMI/SCADA, etc.) with Rockwell or similar platforms.
• High School or GED is required; higher degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-site execution of documented procedures at customer facilities.
• Perform site data collection and base-line assessment.
• Troubleshoot Rockwell Automation products and related technology.
• Communicate needs to management to prevent issues.
• Mentor and coach peers or act as Team Lead when needed.
• Document activities in professional reports.
