Job summary

Peloton is seeking a Sr. Category Manager, Indirect Sourcing & Procurement to join our Global Procurement team in New York.

You will lead category strategy development, supplier portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration with business partners to drive cost savings and value creation. You will own RFx processes, contract negotiations, and cost evaluations for logistics, marketing, technology categories, while ensuring SOX controls and governance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in indirect procurement across logistics, marketing and technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cost savings.
• SOX/compliance awareness and contract negotiations experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for indirect spend.
• Lead RFx processes, bid analyses, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align supplier portfolio with spend strategy.
• Track savings, supplier performance, and risk management.
