Job summary

Rebo Lighting & Electronics, LLC is seeking a Senior Indirect Purchasing Buyer to join Team Rebo in a dynamic, in-person role at Sparta TN or Plymouth MI. You’ll manage indirect procurement for tooling, capital equipment, fixtures, testing, packaging, freight, and services, driving cost reductions and process improvements.

You’ll conduct spend analyses, negotiate long-term agreements and blanket contracts, review supplier performance, and support future growth with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in indirect purchasing or related area.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Must be able to work in-person at Sparta TN or Plymouth MI offices.
• Strong negotiation, data analysis, and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect purchasing of tooling, equipment, fixtures, packaging and services.
• Analyze spend, develop sourcing strategies and negotiate long-term agreements.
• Manage price changes and supplier performance to meet cost targets.
• Prepare bids and RFI/RFPs; ensure compliance with BOS/PLUS process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
