Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking an Analyst III for Indirect Procurement in the U.S. to provide analytical and operational support across HR/IT/General Labor & Benefits categories within a center-led, hybrid framework.

You will transform market data, ERP transactions and supplier inputs into actionable insights, supporting category strategy and savings initiatives. Strong Excel, ERP, and BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a highly analytical discipline.
• 3–5 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics.
• Experience with spend analysis, cost modeling, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain category spend baselines and savings pipelines.
• Administer contract pricing and data in ERP systems.
• Produce supplier scorecards and KPI dashboards.
• Develop visual reporting and analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and stakeholders on governance.
